• Chemistry: strong alkaline builders with glycol-ether solvents (effective pH ≈13 class); marketed as reduced odour versus legacy ammonia formulations
• Format: concentrate, 4 L
• Typical dilution: 1:4–1:8 cold water versus coat build and soil loading
• Mechanical action: rotary machine + black/strip pads; evacuate wet slurry before it dries
• Autoscrubber note: feasible only where facility risk assessment allows tank disposal and gasket compatibility
• Foam: moderate—dump recovery tanks on long passes
